Marketing Mission

Empassioned facilitation of workshops to create an effective, meaningful vision for the brand/business. It is critical to develop a jointly created and mutually agreed vision of the brand or company. This Vision and Mission creates the lynch pin around which all other strategic thinking is formulated. It is also the gold standard against which all implementation plans are created and measured.

It is often surprising how strongly different members of the marketing or management team feel about the company or Brand’s purpose. By involving everyone in the development of these guiding precepts the team has a common touch point which holds them together during difficult and exciting times.

The dynamic exchange of ideas and dynamic interplay between members of the team during the workshop is actively encouraged. The delegates are strongly encouraged to think independently toward a common Vision, Mission and the values that will underpin these. The end result is then collated for approval by the same team and is then available for reference on a daily basis.

The end result is then communicated accross the value chain and thus guides creative development of communication campaigns in whatever format is most appropriate to the brand and budget, procurement in their selection of packaging and raw materials, production in their production methods and the various service teams in the outbound logistic's teams in their customer interface.

"There are 5 ways triumph can be known;

  1. Those who know when to challenge and when not to challenge.
  2. Those who recognise how to use the numerous and the few.
  3. Those who agree on superior and inferior objectives
  4. Those who prepare to lie in wait for the unprepared.
  5. Those who lead without interference from a Ruler. Those who know these five and the Tao (way), will triumph."
