1. Innovation processes

This service encompasses a series of processes/tools to stimulate and nurture innovation ideas. Innovation and creativity are vital to business growth. Tom Peters says that he rates Innovation as a TOP 10 idea in his latest book "The Little BIG Things". He recommends that the following value be placed formally in all business value statements. "Research is Everybody's Preoccupation."

2. Unilever IPM

At Unilever innovation was considered to be so important that it was part the performance objectives  the various Unilever Managing Directors. In a process called IPM, or Innovation Process Management, ideas from around the world were collated into central database on Lotus Notes. This was an interactive system that allowed brand managers to capture and eventually implement numerous excellent brand and product innovations. Jennifer Smith was the project leader on the IPM project at Ola Ice Cream in South Africa and they were the first company to successfully implement this system in the Global Unilever world.
